You can register most wireless Pocket PC and Windows Mobile devices with Indiana University’s DHCP service via the web. If that method fails, you can call the UITS Support Center and ask for your device to be manually registered. You will need to provide the MAC address of your device when you call. To find your device’s MAC address, see the instructions at the end of this document.
