If you are receiving this message when trying to order via Credit Card: “An error has occurred whilst attempting the requested operation. The error is: The shopping cart contents are incorrectly formatted.” You will need to delete all the contents of your shopping basket, refresh your browser and start again. This may have happened because you may have used the back button in your browser after having already got to the SagePay payment page. If the issue persists, please contact us.
