At the end of chapter 6, the presentation ends at a menu rather than going directly into video calibrations. Is something wrong?
Our user testing indicated that letting the video presentation go directly into chapter 7, Calibrations had a potential problem. Novice users who were simply watching the presentation were intimidated by being left in the calibration menu. We decided to end the presentation just before chapter 7 and return the user to a more reassuring location.
