At times system information seems slower, is there a problem?
No. As your connection to your accounts is encrypted, transmission times take a bit longer than a non-secure website you may visit. You may also be accessing your accounts during periods of heavy Internet traffic, which may cause additional delays. We have no control over this. If transmission delays seem lengthy, simply log off and try again at a later time.
