Can a dispensation be granted in an area with a loading ban?
It is only in exceptional circumstances that you will be granted use of the dispensation to park your vehicle in a loading ban area. These are known as Special Permission Dispensations. Granting of this permission is dependant upon the individual application. These exceptional circumstances would include: • Essential loading/unloading – granted a special permission • Domestic office removals – granted a special permission Vehicles involved in the following activities below are already exempt from the restrictions and can carry out their activity without a Special Permission Dispensation.
