No. Firms may only assign/link a registered individual to a branch office via the Form U4 With the implementation of the Branch Office Registration Program, all FINRA registered individuals are required to be associated with/linked to a minimum of one registered Office of Employment Address as reported in Section 1 (General Information) of the Form U4.
