No. It’s impossible for a representative to regain access to your computer once a session is terminated. The plug-in that you download at the beginning of your session has an encrypted “key” that connects you to your representative for the duration of that specific session only. Once a session is terminated, this “key” is lost and cannot be reused or recreated. This same “key” also guarantees that the session is completely secure and inaccessible by any third party.
