Yes. A user of the MX250 can be provisioned as an individual, a member of one or more operator groups, or a member of one or more ACD groups. A user can log into all groups of which he or she is a member, and view the presence of other users associated with their logins. At any time, the user can log in or log out of roles, or switch among the views of the current logins.
