Can an Area manager also be a Tutor?

0

Tutorz and Insti-Tutorz will have very different sets of skills and attributes. One is essentially a business manager and the other is purely an instructor. Though both will need to be totally committed and passionate about TIA, they will be operating at different levels of the spectrum. Having said that, there may be rare cases where this will work and also over time some Insti-Tutorz may come out of the Tutor ranks to fulfil territories that become available.
