Can an existing joint aid agreement be used in place of individual partner agreements?
While the partner agreements can be consolidated into one form, with signatures from each individual partner, a pre-existing joint aid agreement cannot be used. Descriptions of each partner and their individual roles and responsibilities must be outlined as they pertain specifically to this grant, and the ways in which each partner will support the IHE’s implementation during the project periodshould also be included in these descriptions.
