No; as a licensed retailer, you may only purchase (and possess on your licensed premises) alcohol beverages (spirits, wine, fermented malt beverages) from licensed Wisconsin wholesalers. The same holds true for cigarette purchases. You may only purchase from a Wisconsin distributor.
