No. Proposals must be submitted by completing the online application formhttp://php.canarie.ca/nep_authorization.php) –> and attaching the SOW and budget files. All applicants will receive an online confirmation and a follow-up email from CANARIE within 24 hours of the application being submitted. If you do not receive a confirmation email within 24 hours of submitting your application, kindly contact nep@canarie.ca.
