Can applications be submitted online?
No. Applications can be submitted in person to the Edgecombe County Environmental Health Office located at 201 St. Andrew Street, Tarboro, NC 27886 between the hours of 8:00 am and 5:00 pm except holidays and weekends. Applications can also be mailed to Edgecombe County Environmental Health, 2909 Main Street, Tarboro, NC 27886. Payment must be made at the time the application is submitted. A receipt will be given to applicants who submit their applications in person. Receipts will be mailed to applicants who submit their application via U.S. mail.
