Yes, Boostrix may be used as one dose of the primary series for persons 10-18 years of age. The preferred schedule is a single dose of Tdap, followed by Td at least 4 weeks later, and a second dose of Td 6 to 12 months later. However, Tdap may be substituted for any ONE of the three doses in the series.
