A. Yes. The same fractional addition process used on your car, as the Delivery System, can be used on a home heating system. In the early 1980 Energy Systems Inc, of Lockport, NY marketed as system that used a WWII type, Water Vapor System, powered by a small pump, on industrial/commercial gas and oil fired boilers. LODOC Services Inc. downsized and modified this system for home heating applications in 1983. It is simple, foolproof and utterly effective.
