Not only have you exposed your baby to a huge overdose of hormones by taking so many pills which could be very harmful, but you may have put your own health at risk of blood clots and liver problems. An overdose of a few pills is unlikely to cause problems, but taking 24 pills can be very serious. Your life could be in danger. Please go and see your doctor IMMEDIATELY.
