No. CodeSnitch can connect to a MinKern configuration, but the fsysram module must be included as part of the platform because it uses some file system APIs in order to instrument modules and transfer information. Of course, if you have no RAM file system, there are no modules that CodeSnitch would be able to instrument anyway.
