I read Joe Kinney does this to increase his and he is one of the strongest men in the world, the first to crush the Captains of Crush NO.4.S I have good reason to beleive it does, but want some input from some squatters out there, especially if you do it in the morning before breakfast.Is it true that squats are one of the best movements for increasing testosterone.I want more testosterone. Well actually my morning wood made me stand at the toilet for like 15 minutes but I don’t mind making it 30.Haha…thanks squatters.
