Can father keep children without my permission?
You need to go to the courthouse and file a emergency custody hearing, this can happen within 24 hours. You need to bring all records showing that he has basically been an absentee father and he has little to no relationship with them. You also need to point out their disabilities and how you have been caring for them 95% of the time and you feel he doesn’t have the ability to do it the proper way. Seriously, get off the computer and do it now if it’s still open!!! You need to request full custody to prevent this ever happening again. EDIT: And one more thing, if you have the finances, get a frickin lawyer immediately! If you go at this with a lawyer (dont tell him you are getting one) then you are sure to win, not one doubt in my head to this…..so get a lawyer, shoot, borrow money if you have to to get one, it is that important.
