Yes. Pictures can be submitted as an attachment and not count towards the Narrative page limitation. The applicant must submit all application attachments using a PDF file format when submitting via Grants.gov. Directions for creating PDF files can be found on the Grants.gov Web site. Use of file formats other than PDF may result in the file being unreadable by staff. Please pay careful attention to the application submission requirements detailed in the FOA beginning on page 80 and required registration on page 58.
