Can homemade healthy burgers taste as good as burgers from fast food restaurants?
Homemade can taste better than fast food ones and be healthier. The fat does add to the flavor. Use ground beef that is one step down from the extra lean and experiment with seasonings. I make a red pepper chapolte jelly (smoky and warm taste) that I add just a little to the meat before making into patties, the flavor spreads throughout the meat when cooking. I get rave reviews over my burgers. Don’t be afraid to be creative.
