Can I be fast tracked through the waiting list under exceptional circumstances (such as medical or age)?
No. We do not under any circumstances fast track patients through the waiting list as it is unfair to those patients who have been waiting for their turn. You may however be seen sooner, if patients before you on the waiting list decide to postpone their treatment until the next financial year before taking up their funding. There are however no guarantees on this happening.
