Can I block my regular phone line from calling a cellphone?

A customer who wishes to block his or her phone line (regular residential, business and business key systems & PABX) from calling a cellphone may request FSM Telecom to assist with the block. FSM Telecom will assess the cellular mobile number blocking service at $6.00 for setup (one time fee) and bill $2.00 per month per telephone number. There is no monthly recurring charge for telephone numbers who are not on cellular mobile number blocking.
