Yes. To do so, select Volumes -> Set Header Key Derivation Algorithm. How do I burn a TrueCrypt container larger than 2 GB onto a DVD? The DVD burning software you use should allow you to select the format of the DVD. If it does, select the UDF format (ISO format does not support files larger than 2 GB).
