No, I am afraid that will not be possible. One subscription is just limited to one url and three keywords. If you need to enhance the ranks of two web pages, even two sub pages, you will require two subscriptions. This is applicable to two sub pages on the same domain too. In case you have two different web pages, those cannot be clubbed together either.
