Your supervisor completes the Exit Criteria for you, and you mail it to Ms. Jacobs. The Exit Criteria Form must be received at NCCU SLIS before you can graduate. • Is the practicum required for students in the Special Libraries track? No. The practicum is not required for students in the Special Libraries track. It may be a valuable experience, however, and each student should consult her or his advisor first.
