Can I continue to use the eRoom.net v6 price model, or lock in the old prices?
All customers will automatically be migrated over to the new price model. Any customers on the Department plan who locked in their rates prior to the upgrade will maintain the price structure per their contracts. Yes, the update will happen automatically, and all eRooms will be automatically updated. eRoom.net v6 customers with a single eRoom will automatically have their eRoom moved to a new eRoom.net v7 community; a billing account will automatically be created using the existing billing information. eRoom.net 6 customers with multiple eRooms will have all of their eRooms placed in a single community. The eRooms can be separated into different communities post-upgrade.
