Yes. The CMap program allows you to display a particular region, display comparative maps to the left or right of your selected reference map, change the image and / or font size, decide which labels and features to display, and decide the minimum number of correspondances and which type of correspondances to display. We highly recommended using the tutorials and guided tour to learn how to accomplish this.
