Yes. The FR/ action code can be used in the PNR to override the Default Agency From/Reply-To E-mail Address in the TJR: PEEMAIL@ADDRESSFR/FREE TEXT. This enables you to direct responses to e-mail messages directly back to the inbox of a specific agent.
