Absolutely! The Eyebrow Stamps were originally conceived as a tool for permanent cosmetic and tattoo technicians. The stamps provide a beautiful solid or hairstroke design that can be tattooed directly on top of. Our semi-permanent inks are sheer and semi-permanent, so that a technicians hands will not “smear” the design while working on top of it.
