Can I downgrade a TOP DAWG membership for the current season to a BASIC membership for the following season?

If you wish to downgrade any TOP DAWG membership to a BASIC membership for the following season, you can do so beginning on Oct. 1 by logging in at www.ClevelandBrowns.com using your email address and password. Once logged in, click on Kids Club Memberships on the right hand side. You will then see a list of all of your Kids Club memberships and a header that says DOWNGRADE FREE. Select the corresponding button(s) and click submit at the bottom of the page. If you need assistance you can call us at 440-234-KIDS or send an email to KidsClub@ClevelandBrowns.com.
