Can I encrypt KeyNote files?

Yes! Starting with version 0.90, KeyNote supports secure encryption of the notes file. Before you start using encryption, you absolutely must read the Help topic about encrypted files in KeyNote’s main Help file. Remember that if you forget the passphrase you used to encrypt the file, you will not be able to access the text in the file – that, after all, is the whole point of encryption.
