Avidyne does not recommend flying with outdated charts. Avidyne advises all pilots to comply with FAA regulations pertaining to chart usage as they are detailed in the FAR. It is also important to note that Jeppesen Approach Plate charts expire every two weeks. Ten weeks after the expiration date, CMax will be unable to display the out-dated charts, so it is important to keep your Jeppesen subscription up to date.
