Can I grow root vegetables (carrots, potatoes, garlic, etc.) in the EarthBox?

You can grow almost any root vegetable in the EarthBox, but keep in mind the depth of the soil is about 8 inches. While it may be fun to experiment with root vegetables, you may not get a substantial yield like you would normally with aboveground vegetables (tomatoes, eggplant, peppers, etc.).
