As long as the newsletter is a live HTML page, you should be able to use AdSense. The ToS apply to newsletters sent out by email (i.e., when the text of the newsletter is pasted into an email). If the email you send out only contains a link to the newsletter page, you should be fine. Some times I get a message that says ‘Page could not be found’ with a 404 error, where the link units should be. What do I do? Make sure you alternative ad URL is working, and from AdSenseAdvisor….. I recommend contacting adsense-support@google.com. They should be able to tell you what’s happening. Everyday, my ‘aggregate’ clicks are about 15% more than the sum of all my channel clicks.
