Can I highlight my own fringe at home using a lighter hair colourant?
If you want to colour/highlight any part of your hair a lighter colour, you will have to bleach your hair, i dont mean beach blonde, just a little bit with peroxide cos otherwise the colour wont take. You can ask in salons how to do this at home, or on the internet, but be careful, because leaving bleach on too long will make your hair very blonde and it may even fall out, and it burns!!!
