Can I make changes to my account on the Electronic BillPay website?
Even though you may be able to change certain information on the Electronic BillPay account pages (for example, payment information), you cannot change and/or add service(s) or change the customer name, address or other personally identifiable information maintained on the applicable account(s). You still must contact a Customer Service Representative to make such changes.
