Yes, and all recipe adjustments will be applied to all image previews. The maximum number of images you can open is limited only by available memory. Keep in mind, however, that opening multiple images will increase preview rendering times (i.e., degrading performance). You can close image windows to save memory and speed up preview rendering. Note that the current recipe will remain open even if you close all image windows.
