Can I order replacement parts in the event that some are missing, damaged or misplaced?
If you purchase an open box and find it damaged or you find there are missing parts, please call Sterling Customer Care Center at 1-800-STERLING (1-800-783-7546) to arrange for the replacement parts to be mailed to you. If you want an unopened box and there aren’t any at the store, ask a store associate if one can be ordered.
