Yes, you can pay an e-bill by some other way (by check, for example). If you pay the e-bill by some other method, you can delete the unpaid e-bill form the Unpaid E-bill page. Once you delete the e-bill, you cannot view the bill or bill statement again through @nytime Fast-pay.
