Can I permanently disable popups, but still get email alerts?
Position your cursor over the system tray icon (lower right area in your desktop toolbar) and left-click with your mouse. This will open the main client window for you to select the Settings tab. Alternatively, right-clicking on the system tray icon will display the application menu for you to select Settings, which will likewise open the main client with the Settings tab selected. Within the Settings tab of the main client window, click on the Edit Settings button. Depending on the specific configuration of the client, you may or may not be able to disable all forms of alert delivery to your desktop. For systems supporting this feature, simply uncheck / unselect the Deliver to Desktop setting under Alert Delivery and select the Deliver to Email with the desired Email Settings.
