Can I pull system run hours from another database that keeps track of system run hours?
QTMS has the built-in capability to pull run hours from other systems based on serial numbers. We would however need to work with your IT group (and DBA) to make sure that we are connecting to the correct database and running the correct queries or stored procedures that would return this information.
