Can i re-stain an acid stained concrete floor to add more color?

Whatever color you add is going to blend with the color that is already there. If you simply want it darker, then you can do it. You cannot change colors, though, without removing the top half inch of concrete. If you are going to try to darken the stain, you will have to remove the sealer. The new stain should give you a cleaning process; if this includes acid washing, this will remove the sealer. You could use an epoxy paint to do a color change. Be careful to follow the cleaning and preparation procedures to the letter, though. A paint job is only as good as the prep work.
