Can i remove my daughters dads parental rights?
iv been separated from him for 2 years next month he has never payed me child SUPPORT and he has never maintained access since last September iv never stopped him seeing his daughter but he has to see her supervised but he argues that he doesn’t see why he does need to be supervised i made a decision to stop Access as i argued it was damaging to my daughter that he sees her when it suits him my daughters social worker has said that he will only get to see his daughter if he can prove that he isn’t going to let her down and it would be supervised at a Access centre because of his learning disability and also cause he has in the past neglected my daughters Personal care needs ie leaving her in a soiled nappy till i came in nd she was red raw and would often have sores in nappy area that would bleed and she would be screaming because of the discomfort also he he would leave my daughter unattended and often no one would know were she was my mum would back this cause she used to supervise m
