Yes, anyone who signs-up to speak prior to 6:30 p.m. will be allowed to address the Board. Individuals will be able to speak for 2 minutes and groups will get 3; however the group must be present and they will be asked to stand and you can only have one speaker per a group. Everyone who signs-up to speak prior to 6:30 p.m. will have the opportunity to address the Board and there will not be a 20 minute limit for public speaking.
