FACTS: First appeals are handled by junior staff who can only pass the most clear-cut cases. The rejection notices ARE form letters but they are sent by a human being. It often takes a SECOND appeal to be successful. These are read by senior staff with a better understanding of meaning. WHERE TO APPEAL 1: some notices do not have a link with which to appeal. You need to re-read the notice they sent you – it could be just Answers, it could be just Messenger, it could be everything. Unless your entire Yahoo account got suspended, you should be able to use the other parts of it. The notice should tell you what service(s) got suspended, but if you can’t tell, the simplest way to tell is trial-and-error. The previous answer has some good information, but it’s a little out of date. You should be aware that the appeals procedure has changed – there is no longer a second appeal, but the first (and only) appeal is reviewed by one or more persons. Good luck.
