A. You can upgrade using the same activation code you received when you originally purchased WorldMate Professional. If you no longer have your activation code or have any difficulty completing your upgrade, contact WorldMate Customer Support. If you are a WorldMate Professional subscriber and have switched devices, you can download the application for your new device and use the same activation code you received when you initially purchased WorldMate Professional.
