Yes. However, it is only possible to upgrade to 10g Release 2 from the Beta 4 version. If you are using an earlier Beta version then download the Beta 4 version from the Beta Program website and follow the upgrade steps to migrate to Beta 4. Once you have successfully upgraded to Beta 4, it will be possible to follow the upgrade steps to the production version of 10g Release 2.
