Can I use another Caregiver sent by ApexCares Caregiver?
You should first check with ApexCare to see if the other Caregiver is authorized to work for us. Hiring someone that has not been screened or authorized by ApexCare would cause you to be responsible for all taxes, Worker’s Compensation Insurance and assume the full liability of an employer. ApexCare will not be responsible for any unauthorized Caregivers.
