Can I use CipherSend to send files back to my associates, clients or patients securely?
Yes! You will be sent a CipherSend link of your own to send files securely to any email address. Since your associates, patients or clients may not be members of CipherSend, you will need to enter a password that they will need in order to open the file. Most people enter their client’s name or some other easily remembered password, but if you’re going to be sending files back and forth to your client routinely, it will probably be best to have your client sign up with CipherSend. If you are sending CipherSend files to other members, they will simply use their own login to retrieve them and not need your password.
